
Terms for creator guides.
These beta terms cover public guide pages, free email saves, and one-time premium guide purchases on Pinned.
Buyer access
Premium guide purchases are one-time purchases for access to the purchased guide. Access is delivered through the app and, when configured, an email access link.
Do not share paid access links publicly. During beta, Pinned may manually resend access if a buyer loses the original email or has an access issue.
Creator content
Creators are responsible for the guide content they submit, including place names, notes, links, and claims. Pinned may remove, unpublish, or request edits to content that appears unsafe, misleading, illegal, or not launch-ready.
Pinned may use creator-approved guide screenshots, preview cards, and performance examples for beta marketing.
Payments, fees, and refunds
Paid guides use Stripe Checkout when payments are enabled. Stripe processing fees apply. During the founding beta, eligible creators may receive a 0% Pinned platform fee for the stated launch waiver period, followed by a 10% platform fee plus Stripe processing fees.
Creator payouts are manual during beta unless Stripe Connect is enabled. Refund requests are handled by Pinned support and are generally considered for duplicate purchases, access failures, or materially incomplete guide delivery.
No travel guarantee
Guides are creator recommendations. Pinned does not guarantee that a place will be open, available, safe, affordable, or suitable for every traveler. Buyers should verify current details before visiting.
